The online store and physical stores manage their inventories separately. As a result, in-store inventory is not available for viewing through the online store. If you would like to check the availability of a product at a specific store, please visit the store, contact it directly by phone, or reach out to our Customer Service team. We will be happy to assist you with checking the store's inventory. Please note that store inventory is updated in real time and may change before your visit, so product availability cannot be guaranteed.
The product has a shelf life of 24 months from the date of manufacture. You can find the exact expiration date printed on the bottom of the product. Please note that the expiration date may vary depending on the product's manufacturing date and the time of purchase. We recommend checking the date printed on the product for accurate information.
Unfortunately, Nudake is unable to provide a separate gift-wrapping service.
Shopping bags are not provided free of charge, but can be purchased separately as an option on the product page. The size cannot be selected manually; an appropriate bag size will be automatically provided to match the product package in your order. For the best flavor, prepare 250 mL of water at approximately 95°C, add the tea bag, and steep for 3–5 minutes. For detailed brewing instructions and additional information, please refer to the back of each product’s packaging.
We provide a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects. Please note that we do not offer repair or after-sales (A/S) services.
